On January 28, 2021 Ambassador of Ukraine to Egypt Yevhen Mykytenko and Counsellor of the Embassy Ruslan Nechai took part in the online briefing for Ukrainian exporters organized by the Exporters and Investors Council under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and chaired by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine (CDTO) Dmytro Senik.

The participants of the event were introduced to the current state of affairs and prospects of Ukrainian-Egyptian trade and economic cooperation (in 2020, the trade turnover between the two countries reached 1.7 billion US dollars with a positive balance of 1.5 billion US dollars in favor of Ukraine), as well as the specificities of accessing and trading at the Egyptian market.
