Support for Ukraine’s Territorial Integrity
Between 2014 and 2021, Egypt abstained from voting on UN General Assembly resolutions concerning Ukraine.
However, from 2022 to 2025, Egypt voted in favor of the following pro-Ukrainian UNGA resolutions:

"Territorial integrity of Ukraine: defending the principles of the UN Charter" – October 12, 2022

Egypt abstained from other Ukraine-related resolutions during this period.
Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation
In December 2018, a delegation of Egyptian parliamentarians visited Ukraine and held meetings with the Verkhovna Rada, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food, and Ministry of Education and Science.
In June 2020, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine established a Parliamentary Friendship Group for Interparliamentary Relations with Egypt.
