The legal framework for cooperation between Ukraine and the Republic of the Sudan is under development and requires a detailed analysis by both Ukrainian and Sudanese parties of their interest in further elaboration and conclusion of specific agreements.

Valid Interstate agreements:

Agreement in the form of exchange of notes on the establishment of diplomatic relations between Ukraine and the Republic of the Sudan on June 4, 1992.

Valid intersectoral agreements:

Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine and the Ministry of Animal and Fish Resources of the Republic of the Sudan (01.05.2011).

Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology of the Republic of the Sudan and the National Space Agency of Ukraine (10.10.2011).
