Power of Attorney (POA) is a written authorization to represent or act on another's behalf in private affairs, business, or some other legal matter.

Required documents:

• Completed and signed application (form of the Application);
• Document, with which the identification can be made (Passport and ID);
• Copy of the temporary/permanent residence permit in Ukraine (If available);
• Copy of the passport of the authorized person; 
• Any additional documents required for completing the POA.
