On December 14, 2019, the 3rd World Youth Forum was launched in Sharm el-Sheikh under the patronage and with the active participation of the H.E. Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

The opening ceremony was also attended by Palestinian President M. Abbas, Libyan Parliament Speaker A. Saleh, as well as a number of ministers, senior government officials, and other distinguished guests from around the world.

The forum, which is attended by 7,000 young people from all over the world, including Ukraine, will discuss a number of key topics, including industrial revolution, food security, environmental issues, artificial intelligence, hi-tech, women's empowerment, development in Africa, armed conflicts and the challenges of today.

The official delegation of Ukraine to the Forum is headed by Ambassador Yevhen Mykytenko.
