On February 28, 2012, H.E. Mr. Yevhen Kyrylenko, Ambassador of Ukraine to the Arab Republic of Egypt, held a meeting and negotiations with H.E. Mr. Amr Helmy, Assistant Foreign Minister of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

During the meeting the interlocutors discussed topical issues of bilateral cooperation, in particular, activation of political dialogue between the two countries by exchanging high-level visits, as well as by holding the next round of political consultations at the level of foreign ministers’ deputies.

The sides confirmed mutual interest in maintaining friendly relations between both countries, as well as their readiness for fruitful bilateral cooperation.
