On March 11, 2012, H.E. Mr. Yevhen Kyrylenko, Ambassador of Ukraine to the Arab Republic of Egypt, took part in the meeting of the Egyptian-European Council. The meeting was attended by Ambassadors of Hungary, Estonia, Armenia, Ireland, Turkey and China, as well as by high-ranking representatives of various Egyptian government and non-government organizations.

During the meeting Ambassador Yevhen Kyrylenko gave a speech, in which he highlighted prospects of Ukrainian-Egyptian cooperation in various spheres.

This meeting was the first after the long break caused by the revolutionary changes in the country.
