On June 7, 2012, Ambassador of Ukraine to the Arab Republic of Egypt Yevhen Kyrylenko held a meeting and negotiations with the Governor of Alexandria Mr. Osama El-Fouli.

During the meeting the sides discussed ways of developing cooperation in the frames of renewing the tradition of twinning between Odessa and Alexandria.

Ambassador of Ukraine transmitted to the Governor proposals for cooperation in various spheres prepared by the Odessa city head Mr. O.Kostusev. O.El-Fouli welcomed the initiatives on cooperation and expressed his readiness to support them.
