The State Migration Service of Ukraine provided the opportunity for foreigners and stateless persons permanently residing in Ukraine to facilitate new permanent residence permits during their stay outside of Ukraine at the Passport Service centers of "Document" located in cities: Warsaw, Berlin, Istanbul, Bratislava, Madrid and Prague.
