Dear travelers!
Please be advised that on March 22, 2021 the Government of Ukraine adopted several decisions amending the entry requirements for foreign citizens.
Thus, the new regulations allow foreigners to enter Ukraine commencing March 24, 2021 the following conditions:
1) Travelers must have a negative PCR-test certificate issued not later than 72 hours before arrival and a valid medical insurance certificate, covering costs associated with the treatment of COVID-19. The said medical insurance certificate must be issued either by Ukrainian insurance company or foreign insurance company that has a representation in Ukraine or has a valid agreement with the insurance company – partner on the territory of Ukraine (assistance).
Please note, that foreigners (except for foreigners permanently residing in Ukraine) will be prohibited from crossing the state border of Ukraine without negative PCR-test certificate valid medical insurance certificate, covering costs associated with the treatment of COVID-19.
Information on purchasing a medical insurance certificate should be obtained from the insurance companies.
2) Foreigners permanently residing in Ukraine are either obliged to have a negative PCR-test certificate issued not later than 48 hours before arrival, or undergo 14-day home self-isolation using the electronic service "Action at home".
