Here is the first part of Egypt’s Channel 2 program with Ambassador of Ukraine dedicated to the upcoming 30th anniversary of Ukraine’s Independence (24 of August).

Ambassador Yevhen Mykytenko shared with the viewers some important points in the history of building Ukrainian-Egyptian partnership in the political, economic, and humanitarian spheres.

For this issue, Egyptian journalist and TV presenter Sherin Duweihy also prepared a series of stories about the traditions of the Ukrainian people and their national cuisine, including the local peculiarities of borscht cooking in mixed Ukrainian-Egyptian families living in Egypt.

The next series of the program is expected in August.
