On July 28, 2019 Ambassador of Ukraine Yevhen Mykytenko met the Minister of Public Business Sector of Egypt Hisham Tawfik

Both sides expressed their readiness to fulfil the agreements reached during the Seventh session of the Ukrainian-Egyptian Joint Committee on Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation, which was held in November, 2018 in Kyiv.

In order to expand and facilitate economic ties between the two countries, the parties discussed the prospects for further cooperation in various fields, including various joint projects in Egypt.
