Topical issues of bilateral inter-parliamentary cooperation, including the prospects of this year's visits of parliamentary delegations of the two states were discussed. Both sides acknowledged the importance of recent intensification of the High-level political dialogue as an essential prerequisite for further expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation in various fields.

Increased attention was paid to issues related to enlargement of bilateral treaty and legal basis, in particular, the necessity to speed up consideration of certain bilateral agreements that for quite a long time have been pending before the both parties.
