On March 19, Ambassador Hennadii Latii met with President of the National Council for Human Rights in the Arab Republic of Egypt Mohamed Fayek.
Ambassador of Ukraine informed on the cases of citizens of Ukraine imprisoned on the territory of Egypt. Once again, the counterparts discussed the issue of citizen of Ukraine E.P.Chikosh who is currently serving 25-year sentence in Egypt.
Mr. Mohamed Fayek expressed the readiness of the National Council for Human Rights to assure the supervision over the conditions of imprisonment of Mr. Chikosh and others sentenced Ukrainians.
