Representatives of governmental institutions, in particular, Mr. Ashraf El-Sharqawy, Minister of Business Sector of Egypt, members of parliament, diplomats, representatives of political, business, scientific, cultural spheres, media and Ukrainian community in Egypt took part in the event.

Mr.Hennadii Latii, Ambassador of Ukraine, in his speech informed participants of the reception about our state’s allegiance to freedom and democracy, its resoluteness in defending independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity, the main achievements and the nearest plans in Ukrainian-Egyptian bilateral relations.  

Maria Chudnova, designer from Ukraine, introduced to the audience her own collection of dresses decorated with embroidery in the national style, which had been demonstrated by Egyptian professional models.
