On the occasion of the Independence Day of Ukraine Mr. Hennadii Latii, Ambassador of Ukraine in Egypt, had a meeting with Mr. Hossam Zaatar, Chamberlain of the Presidency of the ARE. Mr. H. Zaatar, on behalf of H.E. Mr. A. Al-Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, conveyed greetings to H.E. Mr. P.Poroshenko, President of Ukraine; H.E. Mr. V.Groisman, Government of Ukraine, as well as to the entire Ukrainian people on the occasion of the 26th anniversary of Ukraine’s Independence.

During the meeting the envoy of the President of Egypt was informed about the current situation in Ukraine, as well as plans for activating the Ukrainian-Egyptian political dialogue at the high and highest levels.
