Ambassador of Ukraine informed on the cases of citizens of Ukraine imprisoned on the territory of Egypt. In particular, it was requested to consider the appeal of the Ombudsperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the issue of citizen of Ukraine E.P.Chikosh and to take measures to mitigate the conditions of his imprisonment and conduct an independent medical examination of the prisoner.

In response, Mr. Fayek stressed that he would definitely react positively to the request of the Ukrainian side.
