203-rd birth anniversary of Taras Shevchenko

On March 11, 2017 the Embassy of Ukraine in Egypt hosted a celebratory evening dedicated to birth anniversary of the great Ukrainian poet and writer Taras Shevchenko. Ukrainian citizens and their families who temporary or permanently live in Egypt as well as Ukrainian diplomats were among the audience.
The thematic exhibition dedicated to the literal legacy of Taras Shevchenko was inaugurated by the Ambassador of Ukraine to Egypt, who congratulated the guests on the 203-rd birth anniversary of the Great Kobzar (english: "The bard").
The creativity of the poet and his life's path were introduced to the guests present, who in turn cited the most famous poems of the Great Taras Shevchenko.
