The parties discussed a wide range of issues related to bilateral cooperation. Ambassador Latii handed to Mr. Nasr the letter of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Mr. Pavlo Klimkin addressed to his Egyptian counterpart Mr. Sameh Shoukry on cooperation in the framework of international organizations.

Deputy Minister was informed about recent aggravation of the security situation in eastern Ukraine caused by the destructive policy of Russia.

At the end of the meeting Ambassador and Deputy Minister have exchanged congratulatory messages on occasion of the 25-th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between Ukraine and Egypt and emphasized the need to further develop the political dialog between both states.
