Signing of the Contract for supplying Ukrainian buses to Egypt

On June 28, 2015 Mr. Hennadii Latii, Ambassador of Ukraine in Egypt, attended the signing ceremony of a Contract for supplying 289 public transportation buses for Public Transport Authority of Cairo Governorate. The signing ceremony was held at the presence of Mr. Ibrahim Mahlab, Prime Minister of the ARE, and Mr. Galal Said, Governor of Cairo.
The Contract was signed between “City Transport Group” Company, which possesses “LAZ” Company, and Public Transport Authority of Cairo Governorate.
The mentioned Contract provides for the supply of 289 public transportation buses during one year, it worth USD 70 million. The final assembly of buses will be carried out at the “Ghabbour Auto” Plant in Ain El-Sokhna.
